The invention relates to the technical field of carriages, and in particular relates to an energy-saving capacity-increasing carriage front wall structure which is in an isosceles trapezoid shape in an overlooking state. The carriage front wall structure comprises front wall corner stand columns, front wall inner stand columns and wallboard assemblies. The front wall corner stand columns are parallel to the front wall inner stand columns, and the wallboard assemblies are fixedly connected between the adjacent front wall corner stand columns and front wall inner stand columns or between the adjacent front wall inner stand columns. In an overlooking state, the front wall corner stand columns and the front wall inner stand columns are all arc-shaped. The carriage front wall structure has thebeneficial effects that the front wall structure of the carriage is of a trapezoidal structure, so that the loading capacity of the carriage is increased, and the vehicle transportation efficiency isimproved; the carriage front wall of the trapezoidal structure can effectively reduce wind resistance in the running process of a vehicle and reduce oil consumption, meanwhile, the front wall corner stand columns and the front wall inner stand columns are in arc-shaped large fillet transition, the wind resistance coefficient of the vehicle is also reduced, and oil consumption is further reduced.

    本发明涉及车厢技术领域,具体涉及一种节能增容的车厢前墙结构,俯视状态下,车厢前墙结构呈等腰梯形状;车厢前墙结构包括前墙转角立柱、前墙内立柱和墙板总成;前墙转角立柱和前墙内立柱相互平行,墙板总成固定连接于相邻的前墙转角立柱和前墙内立柱之间或相邻的前墙内立柱之间;俯视状态下,前墙转角立柱和前墙内立柱均呈弧形。本发明的有益效果在于:本申请的车厢前墙结构为梯形结构形式,以增大车厢的装载容积,增加车辆运输效率;梯形结构形式的车厢前墙可有效的减少车辆行驶过程的风阻,降低油耗,同时前墙转角立柱与前墙内立柱均采用弧形的大圆角过渡,亦降低了车辆的风阻系数,进一步降低油耗。
