The invention provides a brake-by-wire system for automobile braking. The system comprises a brake-by-wire assembly, a pedal input assembly, an oil can, a pedal simulator assembly, a servo cylinder assembly, a motor used for driving the servo cylinder assembly and a main control unit are integrated on the brake-by-wire assembly, and a liquid outlet hole is formed in the brake-by-wire assembly. Anelectromagnetic valve assembly used for switching pressure oil output by the servo cylinder assembly or pressure oil output by the pedal input assembly to be output from the liquid outlet hole is arranged in the brake-by-wire assembly in an integrated mode, and the liquid outlet hole of the brake-by-wire assembly is communicated with an anti-lock braking system or an automobile body stabilizing system through a pipeline. And the anti-lock braking system or the automobile body stabilizing system is connected with wheel calipers. The system is simple in structure, the automobile brake performance can be improved, an ABS product, an ESP product and a production line can be continuously utilized, and meanwhile the endurance mileage of a hybrid electric vehicle and a pure electric vehicle is indirectly prolonged through the energy recovery function of a brake-by-wire product.
本发明公开了一种汽车刹车用线控制动系统,包括线控制动总成,线控制动总成上集成有踏板输入组件、油壶、踏板模拟器总成、伺服缸总成、用于驱动伺服缸总成的电机和主控单元,线控制动总成上设置有出液孔,线控制动总成内集成设置有用于切换伺服缸总成输出的压力油或者踏板输入组件输出的压力油从出液孔输出的电磁阀组件,线控制动总成的出液孔通过管路与防抱死系统或车身稳定系统相连通,防抱死系统或车身稳定系统与车轮卡钳相连。本发明结构简单,不仅有助于提升汽车制动性能,而且可以使得ABS产品和ESP产品及生产线继续利用,同时通过线控制动产品上的能量回收功能,间接延长了混动车及纯电动车的续航里程。
