The intelligent battery replacing and energy supplementing network is based on a brand-new C-to-C battery replacing and energy supplementing commercial mode on the basis of a first-generation standardbattery replacing technology intelligent combination (2020102620112) and a third-generation standard rapid battery replacing technology intelligent battery (202020107882446). The intelligent batteryreplacing and energy supplementing net can complete battery replacing and energy supplementing operation on planes of any two adjacent parking spaces after plane moving upgrading is conducted on a power battery within a small range and lifting upgrading is conducted on a battery replacing box, existing road surface facilities are utilized, the station building cost of a battery replacing station is reduced to zero, the battery replacing station is rapidly distributed nationwide. Therefore, along with the popularization of the battery replacing vehicles, the convenient battery replacing and energy supplementing network of tens of millions of magnitudes is built with lower cost. The intelligent battery replacing and energy supplementing network plans and allocates batteries by utilizing an internet appointment pairing technology, and uniformly manages and elastically allocates power batteries required by battery replacing vehicles in a region, so that the purpose of reasonably utilizingresources is achieved.
