The invention provides a lower vehicle body arrangement structure of an extended-range electric vehicle. The structure comprises a lower vehicle body bracket, a battery pack and an exhaust pipe, the left side and the right side of the battery pack are each fixedly provided with a battery pack fixing support, and the two battery pack fixing supports are fixed to the left side and the right side ofthe lower vehicle body bracket correspondingly; at least one battery pack fixing support is internally provided with a guide groove which is formed in the length direction of the vehicle body and allows the exhaust pipe to pass through. The battery pack is fixed to the lower portions of threshold beams on the two sides of the body-in-white, only fixing points are additionally arranged on the existing body-in-white, the Y-direction space of the battery pack can be optimized to the maximum extent under the condition that the modification amount of a front floor of the body-in-white is minimum, the electric quantity of the battery pack system is increased, cost is reduced, and the gravity center of the body is more stable. The rear space of a spare wheel groove is improved, the space of the lower vehicle body is utilized to the maximum extent, and arrangement of other systems is facilitated. And the guide groove structure is arranged in the X direction of the battery pack, so that an exhaust pipeline can pass through conveniently, and the exhaust pipe can be well protected from being collided.

    本发明公开了一种增程式电动汽车下车体布置结构,包括下车体托架、电池包和排气管,电池包的左右两侧均固定有一个电池包固定支架,两个电池包固定支架分别固定于下车体托架的左右两侧,至少一个电池包固定支架内开设有沿车身长度方向布置、供排气管通过的导槽。本发明将电池包固定在白车身的两边门槛梁下部,在现有的白车身上只新增固定点,可以在白车身前地板改动量最小的情况下,最大限度优化电池包的Y向空间,增加了电池包系统电量,降低了成本,也使得车身重心更为稳定,改善了备胎槽处的后部空间,最大化利用了下部车体空间,便于其它系统布置。在电池包X向设置一导槽结构,便于排气管路通过,也能很好的保护排气管免受磕碰。
