The invention discloses a traction axle adopting a combined axle structure, which comprises a combined axle, the combined axle comprises an axle and a box-shaped seat sleeved on the axle, the two endsof the axle are respectively provided with a tire assembly, and the box-shaped seat is connected with a traction frame along the radial direction of the axle; one end of the box-shaped seat along theshaft is sleeved with a positioning sleeve, two machining planes are oppositely arranged on the portion, between the positioning sleeve and the box-shaped seat, of the shaft, a strip-shaped positioning block is welded to each machining plane, and each strip-shaped positioning block is welded to the corresponding positioning sleeve and the box-shaped seat so that the box-shaped seat can not slidein the axial direction and rotate in the radial direction of the shaft. On the basis that the overall structure of the axle is not changed, the tractor axle structure is optimized to be a manufacturing mode of assembling after machining, welding between alloy structural steel and low-alloy structural steel is avoided, the labor intensity of workers in the manufacturing process is reduced, the manufacturing period of the drilling machine axle is shortened, and certain practicability is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种采用组合式轮轴结构的牵引车桥,包括组合轮轴,组合轮轴包括轴以及套设于轴的箱型座,轴的两端均设置有轮胎组件,箱型座沿轴的径向连接有牵引架;箱型座沿轴的一端套设有定位套,轴在定位套和箱型座之间相对设置两个加工平面,每个加工平面均焊接有条形定位块,每个条形定位块均与其相对应的定位套和箱型座焊接,以便不使箱型座沿轴的轴向滑动和径向转动。本发明在保证轮轴整体结构不变的基础上,通过优化牵引车桥轮轴结构为加工后装配的制造方式,避免了合金结构钢与低合金结构钢之间的焊接,减小制造过程中人工劳动强度,缩短了钻机轮轴的制造周期,具有一定的实用性。
