The invention discloses an automatic drilling and riveting device for aircraft fuselage machining. The automatic drilling and riveting device for aircraft fuselage machining comprises a rack device for supporting, wherein a first feeding device and a second feeding device for transverse feeding are installed on the rack device separately; a drilling device for drilling is installed on the first feeding device; and a riveting device for pulling and connecting rivets is installed on the second feeding device. According to the invention, through parallel arrangement for drilling and riveting, drilling and riveting can be conveniently carried out in sequence, so that the drilling and riveting speed for an aircraft fuselage is increased; through arrangement for a common moving rail, the movingprecision and rhythm are guaranteed; and through separated arrangement for drilling and riveting, drilling or riveting operation can be conveniently and independently carried out.

    本发明公开了一种用于飞机机身加工的自动化钻铆装置,包括用于支撑的机架装置,所述机架装置上面分别安装有用于横向进给的第一进给装置和第二进给装置,所述第一进给装置上面安装有用于钻孔的钻孔装置,所述第二进给装置上面安装有用于拉接铆钉的铆接装置。本发明通过钻孔和铆接的并行设置,便于依次进行钻孔和铆接,加快了飞机机身钻铆的速度;通过共同移动轨道的设置,保证了移动的精度和节奏;通过钻孔和铆接的分离设置,便于单独进行钻孔或铆接作业。
