The invention relates to an electric vehicle charging pile cooling system based on a solar semiconductor heat pipe. The system comprises a charging pile shell and a charging module arranged in the charging pile shell. A semiconductor chilling plate is also arranged in the charging pile shell and is connected with a temperature control switch, a hot end heat conduction sheet and a cold end fin; thetemperature control switch and the hot end heat conduction sheet are both fixed on the side wall of the charging pile shell, a cooling fan is fixed on the cold end fin through a fan bracket, an air outlet of the cooling fan faces the charging module, the hot end heat conduction sheet is connected with a heat pipe fin positioned outside the charging pile shell through a heat pipe, and a thermocouple is arranged on the temperature control switch; and the thermocouple feeds back a temperature difference signal to the temperature control switch when the temperature in the charging pile shell is too low or too high. Compared with the prior art, the system is good in heat dissipation effect, energy-saving, low-carbon and environment-friendly, and can prolong a service life of the charging pile.
本发明涉及一种基于太阳能半导体热管的电动汽车充电桩冷却系统,包括充电桩壳体和设于充电桩壳体内的充电模块,充电桩壳体内还设有半导体制冷片,半导体制冷片分别与温控开关、热端导热片和冷端翅片连接,温控开关和热端导热片均固定在充电桩壳体的侧壁上,冷却风扇通过风扇支架固定在冷端翅片上,冷却风扇的出风口朝向充电模块,热端导热片通过热管与位于充电桩壳体外的热管翅片连接,温控开关上设有热电偶,热电偶在充电桩壳体内的温度过低或过高时将温差信号反馈给温控开关。与现有技术相比,本发明具有等散热效果好、节约能源、低碳环保、提高充电桩使用寿命优点。
