The invention discloses a micromechanical inertial measurement combination for a satellite. The gyroscope combination comprises a main body, a first MEMS gyroscope, a first MEMS accelerometer, a second MEMS gyroscope, a second MEMS accelerometer, a third MEMS gyroscope and a third MEMS accelerometer; the main body is provided with a first plane, a second plane and a third plane, wherein the relative positions of the first plane, the second plane and the third plane are fixed; the first MEMS gyroscope and the first MEMS accelerometer are arranged on the first plane; the second MEMS gyroscope and the second MEMS accelerometer are arranged on the second plane; the third MEMS gyroscope and the third MEMS accelerometer are arranged on the third plane; and any two of the measuring axis of the first MEMS gyroscope, the measuring axis of the second MEMS gyroscope and the measuring axis of the third MEMS gyroscope are perpendicular to each other. In order to meet the requirements of small size,low power consumption, high reliability and the like of the satellite borne gyroscope combination of a microsatellite, miniaturization and low power consumption processing are carried out on the gyroscope combination; and the MEMS gyroscopes are used as angular velocity sensitive devices, the MEMS accelerometers are used as acceleration sensitive devices, and the characteristics of small size, high precision, low power consumption and the like are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种卫星用微机械惯测组合,陀螺组合包括:主体,其具有第一平面、第二平面和第三平面,其中,第一平面、第二平面和第三平面之间的相对位置固定;第一MEMS陀螺和第一MEMS加速度计,安装于第一平面;第二MEMS陀螺和第二MEMS加速度计,安装于第二平面;第三MEMS陀螺和第三MEMS加速度计,安装于第三平面;其中,第一MEMS陀螺的测量轴、第二MEMS陀螺的测量轴和第三MEMS陀螺的测量轴中的任意两个相互垂直;本发明为满足微小卫星对星载陀螺组合的体积小、功耗低和高可靠性等要求对陀螺组合进行了小型化、低功耗处理。本发明选用MEMS陀螺作为角速度敏感器件,MEMS加速度计作为加速度敏感器件,其具有体积小、高精度、低功耗等特点。
