The invention discloses a helicopter high-low speed transmission switching device which comprises a power input shaft, a power output mechanism, a friction clutch, a low speed switching mechanism, a high speed switching mechanism, a low power transmission mechanism and a high power transmission mechanism; the friction clutch, the low speed switching mechanism, the high speed switching mechanism, the low power transmission mechanism and the high power transmission mechanism are arranged in a shell. One end of the power input shaft penetrates through the shell, and are connected with the friction clutch and the power input end of the low speed switching mechanism, and the low speed switching mechanism is fixed to the high speed switching mechanism; and the power output end of the low speed switching mechanism is connected with the power input end of the low power transmission mechanism. According to the helicopter high-low speed transmission switching device and the speed calculation method thereof, through cooperative control of the friction clutch and an electromagnetic brake, a power transmission path of a helicopter is changed, and the functionality of high-low speed gear shifting of the helicopter is improved; the unpowered output phenomenon occurred in the pure mechanical transmission process is avoided; and thus, the overall performance of the helicopter is optimal in theflight process.

    本发明公开了一种直升机高低速传动切换装置,包括有动力输入轴、动力输出机构和设置在壳体内的摩擦离合器、慢转速切换机构、快转速切换机构、慢动力传导机构和快动力传导机构,所述动力输入轴一端贯穿壳体与摩擦离合器和慢转速切换机构的动力输入端连接,所述慢转速切换机构固定在快转速切换机构上,所述慢转速切换机构的动力输出端与慢动力传导机构的动力输入端连接;本发明的一种直升机高低速传动切换装置及其转速计算方法,通过摩擦离合器与电磁制动器配合控制改变直升机动力传递路径,提高直升机高、低速档位转换的功能性,避免纯机械性传导过程中出现的无动力输出现象,使得直升机的整体性能在飞行过程中处于最佳状态。
