The invention belongs to the technical field of tower crane installation, and particularly relates to a hoisting device for steel structure installation of a light steel building. The hoisting devicecomprises a supporting column, a cargo boom, a moving rod and a grabbing assembly, wherein the cargo boom is rotationally connected to the upper portion of the supporting column; the moving rod is arranged on the inner side of the cargo boom; the grabbing assembly is hinged to the lower portion of the moving rod; the grabbing assembly comprises a first supporting rod, a protective shell, a motor,a rotating rod, a gear, a rack, a second supporting rod and a grabbing arm; the first supporting rod is hinged to the lower portion of the moving rod; and the protective shell is fixedly connected tothe lower portion of the first supporting rod. When the hoisting device works and an object needs to be hooked, only an operating rod needs to be swung, clamps on the two sides can clamp the object towards the inner side, the object does not need to be manually placed on a hook, and potential safety hazards are reduced; and damping devices are additionally arranged on the two sides of the cargo boom, so that shaking and vibration generated in the moving process of the moving rod are greatly reduced.

    本发明属于塔吊安装技术领域,具体的说是一种轻钢建筑的钢结构安装用吊装装置,包括支撑柱、起重臂、移动杆和抓取组件;所述支撑柱的上方转动连接有起重臂;所述起重臂的内侧设置有移动杆;所述移动杆的下方铰接有抓取组件;所述抓取组件包括第一支撑杆、保护壳、电机、转动杆、齿轮、齿条、第二支杆和抓臂;所述移动杆的下方铰接有第一支撑杆;所述第一支撑杆的下方固接有保护壳;当吊装装置在进行工作的时候,需要钩取物品时,只需要摆动操纵杆,两侧的夹子就会向内侧夹去,不需要人力把东西放到钩子上,减少了安全隐患,而且在起重臂的两侧增加了减震的装置,大大的减少了移动杆在移动过程中产生的摇晃和震动。
