The vertical tail box section support false piece of the technical scheme is designed on the basis of a rear fuselage structure of real aircraft, and the unchanged connection relation between a vertical tail and a rear fuselage is guaranteed; and the load transmission ratio ofthe support false piece to a vertical tail box section is adjusted through reasonable rigidity design, so that the support of the rear fuselage to the vertical tail box section is really simulated. Therefore, the vertical tail box section support false piece can be suitable for various loading modes such as static force and fatigue damage tolerance.

    本发明公开一种垂尾盒段试验支撑假件及试验设备,涉及航空制造领域。该垂尾盒段支撑假件固定于上墙端上,包括:多个支撑假件框,通过多个框连接角盒固定于上墙端上;支撑假件蒙皮,覆盖于多个支撑假件框上,所述支撑假件蒙皮的中部设有支撑假件与垂尾连接区;多个蒙皮连接带板,位于支撑假件蒙皮沿飞机航向的两侧,连接于支撑假件蒙皮和上墙端上。本发明技术方案基于真实飞机后机身结构设计垂尾盒段试验支撑假件,保证垂尾与后机身连接关系不变;通过合理的刚度设计调整支撑假件与垂尾盒段的传载比例,从而较为真实的模拟了后机身对垂尾盒段的支撑。由此,本申请方案可适用于静力、疲劳&损伤容限等多种加载方式。
