The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent ships, and particularly relates to an intelligent ship cooperative collision avoidance system and method based on ship end fusion data. Thesystem comprises a first information acquisition module used for acquiring track information and position information of all regional ships and obstacles, a first data fusion module used for performing fusion processing on data acquired by the information acquisition module to obtain a regional ship track set, a second information acquisition module used for acquiring ship performance parameters of each regional ship, a second data fusion module used for obtaining a fusion track set through data fusion, a cooperative collision avoidance module used for generating cooperative collision avoidance decision information according to a preset cooperative collision avoidance strategy, and an information interaction module used for realizing data interaction through a VHF information communicationmode. In the system, a regional ship collision avoidance instruction can be generated more quickly, sufficient time is reserved for ship collision avoidance decision making, and the safety of cooperative collision avoidance is enhanced.
