The invention discloses a new energy automobile integrated electric control brake system which comprises a liquid storage pot, a brake main cylinder, a driving cylinder, a pedal feeling simulator, a brake wheel cylinder and an electric control unit. The liquid storage pot is connected with a first liquid conveying pipeline, a second liquid conveying pipeline and a third liquid conveying pipeline.The liquid storage pot is respectively communicated with the driving cylinder and the brake wheel cylinder through the first liquid conveying pipeline, the liquid storage pot is communicated with thebrake main cylinder through the second liquid conveying pipeline and the third liquid conveying pipeline, and the brake main cylinder is respectively communicated with the pedal feeling simulator andthe brake wheel cylinder through a fourth liquid conveying pipeline; and the brake main cylinder is respectively communicated with the driving cylinder and the brake wheel cylinder through a fifth liquid conveying pipeline, a motor is assembled on the driving cylinder, and the motor is connected with the electric control unit and is controlled by the electric control unit to work. The new energy automobile integrated electric control brake system has the beneficial effects that the functions of active braking, failure backup, braking energy recovery and the like are achieved, active control technologies such as an electronic stabilization program and self-adaptive cruise control can be effectively integrated, and automobile intelligent control is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车集成电控制动系统,包括有储液壶、制动主缸、主动缸、踏板感觉模拟器、制动轮缸和电控单元,其中储液壶上连接有第一输液管路、第二输液管路和第三输液管路,储液壶通过第一输液管路分别与主动缸和制动轮缸相连通,储液壶通过第二输液管路和第三输液管路与制动主缸相连通,制动主缸通过第四输液管路分别与踏板感觉模拟器和制动轮缸相连通,制动主缸通过第五输液管路分别与主动缸和制动轮缸相连通,主动缸上装配有电机,电机与电控单元相连接并由电控单元控制工作。有益效果:具备主动制动、失效备份和制动能量回收等功能,还能有效集成电子稳定程序、自适应巡航控制等主动控制技术,实现车辆智能化控制。
