The invention discloses a safety protection method for a vehicle with a replaceable power battery. The safety protection method comprises the steps that the connection state of the power battery and the vehicle is collected; whether the power battery is connected with the vehicle or not is judged; if not, the start-stop state of the vehicle is acquired; when the vehicle is in a non-power-on parking state, the vehicle is prevented from being powered on by high voltage; and when the vehicle is in a power-on running state, the driving power of a motor is reduced to zero. The invention further discloses a safety protection system for the vehicle with the replaceable power battery. The safety protection system comprises a detection device, a vehicle control unit, a battery management system anda motor controller, and the vehicle control unit is used for controlling the battery management system and the motor controller to work according to the connection state information detected by the detection device and the start-stop state of the vehicle. By collecting the connection state of the power battery and the vehicle, and correspondingly controlling the vehicle according to the running state of the vehicle, it can be guaranteed that the vehicle is driven under the condition of reliable connection of the power battery, and therefore the safety of the vehicle can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池可更换车辆的安全防护方法,包括:采集动力电池与车辆的连接状态;判断动力电池与车辆是否连接;若否,则获取车辆的启停状态;当车辆处于未上电停车状态时,则禁止车辆上高压;当车辆处于已上电行驶状态时,则将电机驱动功率降为零。本发明还了一种动力电池可更换车辆的安全防护系统,包括:检测装置、整车控制器、电池管理系统以及电机控制器,整车控制器用于根据检测装置检测到的连接状态信息和车辆的启停状态控制电池管理系统和电机控制器工作。通过采集动力电池与车辆的连接状态,根据车辆的行驶状态,以对车辆进行相应的控制,可保证动力电池在连接可靠的情况下驾驶车辆,因此可提高车辆的安全性。
