The invention discloses an all-terrain fertilizer collecting and applying all-in-one machine which comprises a machine body, a spiral fertilizer collecting device, a gear and rack fertilizer pushing device, a centrifugal fertilizer applying device and a crawler-type walking device. The spiral fertilizer collecting device is installed above the rear portion of the machine body, a fertilizer collecting servo motor drives spiral blades to rotate, and fertilizer particles ascend along the spiral blades to be automatically unloaded under the action of gravity when the fertilizer particles reaches adischarge port; the gear and rack fertilizer pushing device is mounted in the machine body, and the fertilizer pushing servo motor drives a gear and rack mechanism to move along the machine body to realize automatic fertilizer pushing; the centrifugal fertilizer applying device is installed on the front portion of the machine body, a fertilization servo motor drives a centrifugal fertilization disc to rotate, the fertilizer particles fly out under the action of centrifugal force and are evenly scattered into a farmland under the action of gravity, and automatic fertilization is achieved; andthe crawler-type walking device is installed at the bottom of the machine body, can stably run on the rugged ground and has good ground adaptability and obstacle crossing stability, and therefore theall-terrain fertilizer collecting and applying all-in-one machine can adapt to different terrains and can achieve automatic fertilizer collection and application.

    本发明公开了一种全地形集肥施肥一体机,包括机身、螺旋式集肥装置、齿轮齿条推肥装置、离心式施肥装置、履带式行走装置,螺旋式集肥装置安装在机身后部上方,集肥伺服电机带动螺旋叶片旋转,肥料颗粒沿螺旋叶片上升,到达出料口时在重力作用下自动卸肥;齿轮齿条推肥装置安装在机身内部,推肥伺服电机带动齿轮齿条机构沿机身运动,实现自动推肥;离心式施肥装置安装在机身前部,施肥伺服电机带动离心施肥盘旋转,肥料颗粒在离心力作用下飞出并在重力作用下均匀撒落到农田中,实现自动施肥;履带式行走装置安装在机身底部,能在凹凸不平的崎岖地面上稳定行驶,具有较好的地面适应性和越障稳定性,使得本发明能够适应不同地形且能够实现自动集肥施肥。
