The invention discloses a lithium battery quick charging method for an industrial electric vehicle. The quick charging method comprises a high-voltage circuit and a low-voltage circuit. The high-voltage circuit and the low-voltage circuit are used for switching between low-voltage discharging and high-voltage charging and ensuring the safety of a battery loop. The high-voltage circuit comprises aplurality of battery cells, a plurality of relays and a plurality of fuses. The plurality of relays are used for switching between charging and discharging, and the plurality of fuses are used for protecting the battery loop. The structure is scientific and reasonable, and the use is safe and convenient. The multiple relays are added in the charging scheme, the relays of different loops are controlled through different control logics to change the series-parallel connection mode between battery modules, low-voltage discharging, low-voltage charging and high-voltage charging are achieved, efficient and safe charging is achieved, the requirements of different occasions can be met, the charging duration is changed from original at least 5 hours to at most 2 hours, and the charging time is saved.
