The invention provides a system and method for acquiring disease and insect pest monitoring data in precision agriculture. The system mainly comprises a ground monitoring center and an image acquisition unmanned aerial vehicle data platform, wherein the ground monitoring center consists of a data resolving unit, a high-speed information transceiving unit and a decision control unit; the image acquisition unmanned aerial vehicle data platform is used for executing conventional/fine operation; the ground monitoring center communicates with the image acquisition unmanned aerial vehicle data platform through high-speed wireless technologies such as 5G, and real-time data transmission and control are realized; and data acquired by the image acquisition unmanned aerial vehicle data platform aremonitored, analyzed and resolved, an image acquisition unmanned aerial vehicle is switched to operate in a conventional mode and a fine mode according to a self-adaptive conversion mode threshold value, and an operation mode is deepened by further combining effective judgment conditions. The method greatly reduces the amount of acquired data, guarantees the acquisition of key data, and achieves the quick and accurate detection of diseases and insect pests. The system and the method are suitable for field operation, especially precision agriculture and intelligent agriculture, and provide reliable data support for precision spraying, agricultural decision and management and the like.

    本发明提供了一种用于精准农业中病虫害监测数据的采集系统及方法,系统主要包括由数据解算单元、高速信息收发单元、决策控制单元组成的地面监控中心和执行常规/精细作业的图像采集无人机数据平台;地面监控中心与图像采集无人机数据平台通过5G等高速无线技术通讯,实时数据传输和控制;图像采集无人机平台采集的数据经监控分析解算并依自适应转换模式阀值,切换图像采集无人机在常规和精细模式下作业,进一步结合有效判断条件深化作业模式;该方法大幅减少采集数据量、保证关键数据的采集,快速准确的进行病虫害检测。本系统和方法适于野外作业,特别是精准农业和智慧农业,为精准喷施、农业决策和管理等提供可靠数据支承。
