By means of the mechanical locking function, the problems that an oil cylinder is galled, a piston cannot be jacked or return and the like due to the fact that in a locking mechanism of the existing jack with the mechanical locking function, water and sandgrains easily enter the oil cylinder through thread gaps of a piston rod are solved; and by means of a return oil filter structure, a return oil filter device is mainly used for filtering return oilof a hydraulic system to remove pollutants such as metal particles generated by abrasion of elements in the hydraulic system, rubber impurities of sealing pieces and the like by filtering, so that oilflowing back to an oil tank is kept clean, and the service life of the whole jack is greatly prolonged.
