The invention discloses an antiskid suspension device for mounting large electromechanical equipment. The antiskid suspension device comprises a winch wheel disc; a self-locking gear is connected to the axis of the winch wheel disc through a synchronizing shaft, a locking assembly is arranged above the self-locking gear and comprises a rake-shaped rack, a guide shell and a push-pull electromagnet,a T-shaped cavity is formed in the guide shell, and a limiting boss is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity of a longitudinal portion of the guide shell; and a plug pin shaft is connected to theback of the rake-shaped rack and is of a two-step structure, a second step of the plug pin shaft is provided with a reset spring in a sleeved manner, one end of the reset spring is abutted against theend surface of a first step, and the other end of the reset spring is abutted against the surface of the limiting boss. According to the antiskid suspension device disclosed by the invention, by adopting an electromagnetic self-locking structure, when various accidents happen, the rake-shaped rack descends instantly under the action of gravity to complete self-locking at the moment that the electromagnet loses power, the winch wheel disc is thoroughly locked, and a steel cable is prevented from being pulled out to achieve the anti-skid effect.

    本发明公开了一种用于大型机电设备安装的防滑型悬吊装置,包括绞车轮盘,所述绞车轮盘的轴心处通过同步轴连接有自锁齿轮,所述自锁齿轮的上方设有锁定组件,所述的锁定组件包括耙状齿条、导向壳体和推拉式电磁铁,所述的导向壳体内设有T字形的空腔,导向壳体纵向部分的空腔内壁上设有限位凸台;所述耙状齿条的背部连接有插销轴,所述的插销轴呈二级阶梯结构,插销轴的第二级阶梯上套设有复位弹簧,所述的复位弹簧一端抵接于第一段阶梯的端面,另一端抵接于限位凸台的表面。本发明中,采用电磁自锁式的结构,发生各类事故时,电磁铁失电的瞬间,耙状齿条在重力作用下瞬时下降完成自锁,彻底锁死绞车轮盘,避免钢缆被拉出达到防滑效果。
