The lifting device has the beneficial effects that when a heavy object is lifted, the pressing mechanism is pressed to enable the sliding plate to slide in the sliding groove, when the sliding plate slides to the maximum position, the diameter of one end of the through groove is greater than that of the hook, so that the hookis capable of sliding up and down in the through groove conveniently; when the hook is pulled downwards, the hook slides down without acting force of the compression spring, so that an object to be lifted is hung conveniently; then external force is removed, the hook is reset and slides into the lifting block under the action of the compression spring, then external force from the pressing mechanism is removed to allow the sliding plate to be reset and the interior of the groove to be clamped, so that the hook cannot be pulled out of the lifting block, and the effects of locking the lifted object and preventing the object from falling off are achieved; and under the action of the crane, the object is lifted and moved to a certain position.
本发明公开了一种轨道式吊车的举升装置,包括起吊块、按压机构、悬挂机构、挂钩、压缩弹簧、凹槽、控制机构、滑板、滑槽和通槽。本发明的有益效果是:在进行对重物提升时,通过按压按压机构,使滑板在滑槽内部滑动,当滑动至最大位置时,通槽一端的直径大于挂钩的直径,方便挂钩在通槽内部能够上下滑动,当向下拉动挂钩时,挂钩摆脱压缩弹簧的作用力下滑,方便对需要吊起的物体进行悬挂,然后撤去外力,在压缩弹簧的作用下使挂钩复位滑动至起吊块内部,再撤去按压机构的外力,使滑板复位并对凹槽内部卡合,从而使挂钩无法拉出起吊块,起到了对提升物品的闭锁,防止物品脱落,在吊车的作用下使物品提升,并且移动至一定的位置。
