The invention provides a hoisting method for wind power generation equipment. The wind power generation equipment comprises an H-shaped steel main beam, a reverse-deflection reinforcing beam assembly,main beam side reinforcing plate assemblies, two upper lifting lug assemblies symmetrically arranged at the upper part of the main beam and lower lifting lug assemblies at the two ends of the lower part of the main beam. According to the hoisting method for the wind power generation equipment, supporting strength of the middle of the main beam is improved through the main beam side reinforcing plate assemblies, and it is guaranteed that the middle structure is stable and does not deform when the lifting lugs hoist goods; the bottom of the main beam is supported through the reverse-deflectionreinforcing beam assembly, and the bearing capacity of the main beam is improved; and with the structural design that the upper lifting lug assemblies incline outwards, the deformation resistance of upper lifting lugs is guaranteed, stress is further transmitted to the reverse-deflection reinforcing beam assembly in the mode that the stress is distributed to the main beam, side plates and beam outer side reinforcing plates, and therefore, stress concentration is greatly reduced and hoisting stress distribution is more uniform.

    本发明提供了一种风力发电设备起吊方法,包括H型钢的主梁、反挠度加强梁组件、主梁侧加强板组件、主梁上部对称布置的两个上吊耳组件、主梁下部两端的下吊耳组件。本发明,通过主梁侧加强板组件提高了主梁中部的支撑强度,使吊耳在起吊货物的时候保证中部结构稳定不变形;通过反挠度加强梁组件将主梁的底部托住,通过反挠度变形的结构设计,提高了主梁的承重能力;通过上吊耳组件外倾的结构设计,保证了上吊耳抗变形能力,并通过将应力分配给主梁、侧板、梁外侧加强板的方式,进一步传导给反挠度加强梁组件,从而大大减少了应力集中,使起吊的应力分配更均匀。
