When an unmanned aerial vehicle is located in a wind field environment, in order to achieve hovering or flat flying, a tilting tray of the unmanned aerial vehicle controls a propeller tip plane to tilt by a certain angle, so that horizontal component force of lifting force counteracts the influence of transverse wind resistance. However, the maximum tilting angle of the tilting tray is limited bythe structural design, so that for a given structural design scheme, in order to determine the acceptable maximum sudden change wind disturbance intensity under the hovering working condition and theacceptable maximum incoming flow speed under the level flight working condition, the torque caused by transverse wind needs to be accurately measured firstly. The invention provides an unmanned aerialvehicle transverse wind torque test bench. The unmanned aerial vehicle transverse wind torque test bench comprises an underframe assembly, a fuselage simulation frame assembly and a rotating shaft assembly. The relative position between the fuselage simulation frame assembly and the rotating shaft assembly can be adjusted, and the fuselage simulation frame assembly can integrally rotate. The testbench can adapt to different rotor wing sizes, different rotor wing rotating speeds and different transverse wind speeds of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the torque value caused by transverse windcan be accurately measured.

    当无人机处在风场环境中,为了实现悬停或平飞,无人机的倾斜盘控制桨尖平面倾转一定角度,使升力的水平分力抵消横向风阻力的影响。然而倾斜盘的最大倾角受限于结构设计,因此对于给定的结构设计方案,为了确定悬停工况下可接受的最大突变风扰动强度,以及平飞工况下可接受的最大来流速度,需要先准确测量横向风引起的扭矩。本发明提供一种无人机横向风扭矩测试台架,包括底架组件、机身模拟框架组件和转轴组件。其中,机身模拟框架组件与转轴组件之间的相对位置可以进行调节,机身模拟框架组件可整体转动。本发明能适应无人机不同的旋翼尺寸、不同的旋翼转速以及不同的横向风风速,能准确测量出由横向风引起的扭矩值。
