The invention relates to a suction pipe winding mechanism of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The mechanism comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, a hanging mechanism is arranged on the unmanned aerialvehicle body, a suction pipe used for sucking sludge or water is arranged on the hanging mechanism, the pipe end of the suction pipe is communicated with a suction mechanism, and a balance weight lump is arranged on the hanging mechanism. The suction pipe is arranged on the balance weight lump and moves in the vertical direction along with the balance weight lump. The suction pipe is arranged onthe pipe winding mechanism, when the suction pipe moves downwards along with the balance weight lump, the pipe winding mechanism releases the suction pipe to vertically move downwards along with the balance weight lump, and when the suction pipe moves upwards along with the balance weight lump, the pipe winding mechanism conducts synchronous winding on the suction pipe. After suction is finished,the suction pipe is wound on the pipe winding mechanism along with ascending of the balance weight lump, so that the storage operation of a sample pipe is realized, and it is ensured that the suctionpipe can descend to a position below the water surface in a flattened state next time so as to ensure the sample suction operation next time.
