The invention discloses a marine heat recovery energy-saving air conditioner. The air conditioner comprises an air inlet filter section, a heat recovery section, an air treatment section, a fan section, an air supply plenum chamber and a control system which are connected in sequence. The air conditioner is characterized in that a heat recovery exchanger is arranged in the heat recovery section, an air exhaust outlet and an air exhaust inlet are formed in the two opposite sides of the heat recovery section respectively, an air heater, an air cooler and a humidifier are arranged in the air treatment section, and a condensate water disc is arranged below the air treatment section. According to the air conditioner, the cold (heat) quantity of useless exhaust needing to be exhausted outdoors is recycled, condensate water is connected to an inlet of the humidifier of the air conditioner, low-temperature condensate water is introduced through connection of a bypass valve, the cold quantity of the condensate water can be recycled, the original water supply quantity of the humidifier is reduced, and energy can be saved. Besides, the temperature, humidity and air volume of each section canbe accurately controlled in real time by controlling the difference value delta T between the temperature of the air treatment section and the temperature of the air inlet, the rotating speeds of a fan and a motor and the spraying amount of the humidifier, so that the heat recovery efficiency is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种船用热回收节能空调器,其包括依次连接的进风过滤段、热回收段、空气处理段、风机段和送风静压箱,及控制系统,其特征在于:热回收段内设置有热回收交换器,热回收段的相对两侧分别连接有排风出风口、排风进风口,空气处理段内设置有空气加热器、空气冷却器、加湿器,空气处理段的下方设置有冷凝水盘。该空调器回收需排出室外的无用排气的冷(热)量,在空调器的加湿器入口连接冷凝水,通过旁通阀连接,引入低温冷凝水,可回收利用冷凝水冷量,并减少加湿器的原始供水量,可节约能源。另外,通过基于空气处理段温度与进风口温度差值△T与风机电机转速、加湿器喷雾量的控制,能够实时、精确地控制各段的温度、湿度、风量,从而有效地提高热回收效率。
