The invention provides a ship propeller and rudder combined vortex-eliminating energy-saving device and a mounting method. The ship propeller and rudder combined vortex-eliminating energy-saving device comprises a propeller tail shaft mounted at the tail of a ship body, a propeller is mounted on the propeller tail shaft, a vortex-eliminating device for eliminating vortexes is mounted at the tail of the propeller tail shaft, and the vortex-eliminating device is fixedly connected with a propeller hub of the propeller and rotates along with the propeller tail shaft; a tail part of the vortex-eliminating device extends to a groove in a rudder blade; and the rudder blade is installed at the tail of the ship body through a rudder blade rotating shaft assembly. The vortex-eliminating device is directly connected with the propeller and the tail shaft, resistance cannot be formed behind the propeller along with a rudder rotating crosspiece, and it is guaranteed that a good vortex eliminating function can still be kept during rudder rotating.

    本发明提供了一种船舶桨舵组合消涡节能装置及安装方法,它包括安装在船舶本体尾部的螺旋桨尾轴,所述螺旋桨尾轴上安装有螺旋桨,所述螺旋桨尾轴的尾部安装有用于消涡的消涡装置,所述消涡装置与螺旋桨的螺旋桨毂固定相连,并跟随螺旋桨尾轴一起转动;所述消涡装置的尾部延伸至舵叶内部的凹槽;所述舵叶通过舵叶转轴组件安装在船舶本体的尾部。此消涡装置是与螺旋桨和尾轴直接连接,不会随舵转动横档在桨后形成阻力,保证在转舵时仍然可以保持良好的消涡功能。
