The invention discloses a device for recycling sand blasted by a train. The device comprises a collecting box and a collecting cavity formed in the collecting box; a movable sand accumulating plate isarranged at the bottom of the collecting cavity; a pulling wire is connected to the movable sand accumulating plate; a through hole is formed in the right end of the collecting cavity; and rotatableelectric hinges are symmetrically arranged in the collecting cavity up and down. The device is provided with the sand blasting collecting box, sand which is sprayed on the rail and reflected in the air can be directly collected and conveyed into a sand blasting box to be stored after a certain amount of sand is collected; the device is further provided with a sand blasting storage box, the sand falling on the rail can be collected when wind exists, and resource waste caused by the fact that the sand is blown away by the wind is prevented; the device does not work when it is breezeless, so thatthe rear train wheel also can increase the frictional force between the wheel and the rail, the size of a sand storing box in the train can be greatly reduced, and the time for supplementing sand inthe train is prolonged; and meanwhile, the automation of the treatment process is realized, the treatment efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor force is saved.

    本发明公开了一种回收利用火车喷砂的装置,包括收集箱以及设置于所述收集箱中的收集腔,所述收集腔底部设有移动积砂板,所述移动积砂板上连接有拉线,所述收集腔右端为通孔,所述收集腔内上下对称设有能转动的电动合叶,本发明设有喷砂收集箱,能对喷在铁轨上反射在空气中的砂直接进行收集,在收集到一定量后将其运送至喷砂箱内进行储存,本发明还设有喷砂储放箱,能在有风时将落于铁轨上的砂进行收集,防止砂被风吹走造成的资源浪费,在无风时不工作,使得后面的火车轮也能增大与铁轨间摩擦力,本发明能大大减少火车内放砂箱的大小,并且延长了火车内补充砂的时间,同时本发明实现了处理过程自动化,大大提高了处理效率,节省了劳动力。
