The invention discloses an intermediate support aluminum alloy transmission shaft for a medium-heavy commercial vehicle. The transmission shaft comprises an aluminum alloy shaft tube, an intermediatespline shaft and an aluminum alloy universal joint fork are welded to the two ends of the aluminum alloy shaft tube respectively, and the aluminum alloy universal joint fork is connected with a flangefork through a cross shaft. One side of the intermediate spline shaft is fixedly connected with a flange through a connecting piece; and an intermediate supporting assembly is arranged between the intermediate spline shaft and the flange. The lightweight requirement of a vehicle model with multiple transmission shaft systems can be met, so that the multiple transmission shaft systems are lightweight, meanwhile, through product structure optimization design, it can be guaranteed that the requirements for the static torsional strength and the fatigue life of the intermediate bearing aluminum alloy transmission shaft are met with the lightest weight, by improving the dynamic and static rigidity of middle rubber, the vibration characteristic of the transmission shaft system can be effectivelyimproved, so that the comfort of the whole vehicle is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种中重型商用车用中间支承铝合金传动轴,包括铝合金轴管,在所述铝合金轴管的两端分别焊接有中间花键轴和铝合金万向节叉,所述铝合金万向节叉通过十字轴与突缘叉相连接;所述中间花键轴的一侧通过连接件与突缘固定连接;在所述中间花键轴和突缘之间设置有中间支承总成。本发明可以满足具有多根传动轴系统的车型的轻量化需求,从而实现多根传动轴系统轻量化,同时通过产品结构优化设计,能够保证以最轻的重量满足中间支承铝合金传动轴的静扭转强度和疲劳寿命要求,并且通过改善中间橡胶的动、静刚度,可有效改善传动轴系统的振动特性,从而进一步提高整车的舒适性。
