In order to relieve friction resistance borne bya rising and falling wheel when the rising and falling wheel makes contact with the horizontal plane, the undercarriage comprises a supporting plate, a second base, a first damping mechanism and a second damping mechanism, the second damping mechanism comprises a first base and a middle column, the outer wall of the top of the middle column is welded to the outer wall of the bottom of the first base, and the inner wall of the middle column is rotationally connected with a positioning frame through a rotating shaft; and a top plate is fixed to the outer wall of the bottom of the positioning frame through bolts, two third supports are fixed to the outer wall of the bottom of the top plate through bolts, and the inner walls of the two third supports are rotationally connected with first folding plates through rotating shafts. The mounting method of the undercarriage comprises the following steps that the supporting plate is fixed to an airplane through bolts. By arranging the third supports and a fourth support, the first folding plates and a second folding plate can rotate relatively when the rising and falling wheel is under pressure.
