The invention relates to a full-duct type two-stage pod propeller with C-shaped guide vanes, and belongs to the technical field of ship propelling. The propeller comprises a duct, a front impeller, arear impeller, the C-shaped guide vanes, a guide vane hub and a single impeller driving motor, wherein the front impeller, the rear impeller, the C-shaped guide vanes, the guide vane hub and the impeller driving motor are wrapped in the duct; in the axial direction of the duct, the C-shaped guide vanes are located between the front impeller and the rear impeller; a stator and a rotor of the impeller driving motor are both sleeved with the guide vane hub in a watertight manner to drive the front impeller and the rear impeller to rotate in the same direction; and in the radial direction of the duct, the C-shaped guide vanes are fixedly arranged between the guide vane hub and the duct, and the abdomen parts of the guide vanes are arched towards the rotation direction of the front impeller relative to the two ends of the guide vanes to reduce the annular speed of water flow at an outlet of the duct so as to recycle annular rotation energy generated through the conversion of impeller rotation. By arranging the C-shaped guide vanes between the front impeller and the rear impeller, the annular rotation energy can be recycled to improve the energy efficiency, and the installation and subsequent maintenance of equipment can be facilitated. The propeller can be widely applied to the fields of ships, naval vessels and the like.
