The invention discloses a multi-unit overwater light floating body platform. Every two adjacent unit modules are connected through hooping belts or binding belts. Each unit module is composed of a closed-cell foam board, a diaphragm and a plurality of glass fiber reinforced plastic pultrusion profiles, wherein the glass fiber reinforced plastic pultrusion profiles are pasted on twelve sides of theclosed-cell foam board coated with the diaphragm. Each diaphragm is formed by compounding a glass fiber and polypropylene fiber PP plain cloth reinforced resin composite material with aluminum foil or tin foil or a graphite paper film. The cross section of each glass fiber reinforced plastic pultrusion profile is in an angle iron shape, and the glass fiber reinforced plastic pultrusion profiles at eight corners of each unit module are mutually overlaid and fixed by screws. By adopting the modular closed-cell foam boards coated with the composite diaphragms, using the angle-iron-shaped glass fiber reinforced plastic pultrusion profiles in combination to improve the overall rigidity, using the hooping belts or the binding belts for connection and using anchors for fixation, a large-area floating body zone is formed; and besides, the floating body platform is low in material cost, high in construction efficiency and convenient to install and can be recycled.

    本发明公开了一种多单元水上轻质浮体平台,相邻两个单元模块之间均用卡箍带或者束扎带连接,每个单元模块均由一块闭孔泡沫板、隔膜和多根玻璃钢拉挤型材组成;玻璃钢拉挤型材粘贴在包覆有隔膜的闭孔泡沫板的12条边上;隔膜用玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维PP平纹布增强的树脂复合材料与铝箔、锡箔或石墨纸膜复合而成;玻璃钢拉挤型材的横断面呈角铁状,每个单元模块8个边角处的玻璃钢拉挤型材相互叠置并用螺钉固定;由于采用了模块化的闭孔泡沫板包覆复合材料隔膜,结合角铁状的玻璃钢拉挤型材增加整体刚度,并利用卡箍带或者束扎带相连接,和利用锚固定,从而制备出大面积的浮体区域,且材料成本低廉、施工效率高、安装方便,并可回收再利用。
