The invention provides a gate valve achieving sealing through cavity air pressure and a vacuum pipeline with the gate valve. The gate valve comprises a base, an opening and closing mechanism, a gate plate, a rail sealing element and an inflation element; the opening and closing mechanism is arranged on the base, the gate plate is connected with the opening and closing mechanism, the opening and closing mechanism is used for driving the gate plate to move so as to open and close the vacuum pipeline structure, the rail sealing element is arranged at the bottom of the gate plate, the rail sealingelement is used for being matched with a rail of the vacuum pipeline structure in a sealed mode, the rail sealing element is provided with a cavity, the inflation element is in communication with thecavity of the rail sealing element, and the inflation element is used for inflating the cavity so as to achieve sealed matching of the rail sealing element and the rail of the vacuum pipeline structure. According to the technical scheme of the gate valve and the vacuum pipeline with the same, the technical problems that in the prior art, the gate valve needs to be disconnected from the rail during sealing, and consequently the running stability and safety of a train are poor are solved.
本发明提供了一种利用空腔气压实现密封的闸板阀及具有其的真空管道,该闸板阀包括基座、开闭机构、闸板、轨道密封元件和充气元件,开闭机构设置在基座上,闸板与开闭机构连接,开闭机构用于驱动闸板运动以实现真空管道结构的开闭,轨道密封元件设置在闸板的底部,轨道密封元件用于与真空管道结构的轨道密封配合,轨道密封元件具有空腔,充气元件与轨道密封元件的空腔相连通,充气元件用于向空腔中充气以实现轨道密封元件与真空管道结构的轨道密封配合。应用本发明的技术方案,以解决现有技术中闸板阀密封需要断开轨道所导致的车辆运行平稳性和安全性差的技术问题。
