The invention discloses a protection control method, device and system for counter electromotive force under the coasting condition of a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and belongs to the technical field of automobiles. When a controller power supply and/or a power direct-current power supply are/is in a power loss state, the driving motor is in a passive coasting state, and the generated counter electromotive force can damage a power semiconductor in an inverter; and a voltage conversion device is additionally arranged at the input end of the inverter, and when a counter electromotive force value of the motor exceeds a set value, the voltage conversion device outputs a control power supply to a motor controller or a standby motor controller to ensure that a motor is in a controllablestate. The problem of how to improve the fault protection processing reliability of a vehicle system under the coasting condition of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is solved.

    本发明公开了一种在永磁同步电机惰行条件下反电动势的保护控制方法、装置及系统,属于汽车技术领域;当控制器电源和/或动力直流电源都处于失电状态时,此时驱动电机处于被动惰行状态,产生的反电动势将会损坏逆变器内部的电力半导体;本发明在逆变器的输入端加入电压变换装置,当电机的反电动势值超过设定值时,使得电压变换装置向电机控制器或备用电机控制器输出控制电源以保证电机处于可控状态。本发明解决了如何增加永磁同步电机惰行条件下车辆系统故障保护处理可靠性的问题。
