The invention discloses a ventilation and drainage device for heating and ventilation equipment. A base is included. Universal wheels are installed at the four corners of the bottom of the base correspondingly, a push handle is welded to one side of the top of the base, and damping mechanisms are welded to the two sides of the top of the base correspondingly. By arranging the universal wheels and the push handle, position movement can be conducted according to needs, when an air conditioner or a heater is damaged, the ventilation and drainage device is moved into a room through the handle to adjust the indoor temperature, and by designing the damping mechanisms, damage, caused by vibration, to internal electronic elements can be effectively avoided in the moving process.
