The invention provides a heavy-load double-drive lifting mechanism. The heavy-load double-drive lifting mechanism is arranged on a rotation center and comprises a center shaft. Driving mechanisms fordriving the center shaft to rotate are symmetrically installed at the two ends of the center shaft respectively. A wire winding shaft is connected to the middle of the center shaft through a spline. Afixed pulley is installed above the wire winding shaft. One end of a tungsten filament rope is fixedly connected with a wire slot of the wire winding shaft, and the other end of the tungsten filamentrope is uniformly wound along the wire slot of the wire winding shaft, passes through the fixed pulley and then is connected with the top of a monocrystalline silicon crystal. According to the heavy-load double-drive lifting mechanism, the effect of reducing the rated power of a single speed reducer is achieved through the two symmetrically-arranged driving mechanisms, lifting of a large-load crystal can be achieved through a motor and the speed reducer with the small rated power, the dynamic balance state and the overall weight of the lifting mechanism are effectively optimized, and the crystal pulling stability of various single crystal furnace equipment is improved.

    本发明提供一种重载双驱提拉机构,设置在回转中心上,包括中心轴,所述中心轴的两端分别对称安装有驱动所述中心轴转动的驱动机构,所述中心轴的中间通过花键连接有卷丝轴,所述卷丝轴的上方安装有定滑轮,钨丝绳的一端与所述卷丝轴的线槽固定连接,所述钨丝绳的另一端沿所述卷丝轴的线槽均匀缠绕后经过所述定滑轮后与单晶硅晶的顶部连接。本发明通过对称设置的两个驱动机构,实现了减小单个减速器额定功率的效果,采用额定功率较小的电机和减速器就能够实现大负载晶体的提拉,有效优化了提拉机构的动平衡状态以及整体重量,对各类单晶炉设备的拉晶稳定性具有改善作用。
