The invention discloses a 3D industrial control parking robot elevator control method based on an MQTT protocol. The method comprises the steps that a user transmits an instruction to a system througha terminal, a server located in the cloud transmits the instruction to an elevator dispatching center, the elevator dispatching center sends a signal instruction to a driver based on the MQTT protocol, elevator equipment executes the instruction and feeds back the state of the machine to the driver, then the driver sends feedback information to the elevator dispatching center, and the elevator dispatching center receives the feedback information and then distributes a main body data packet to each terminal. According to the control method, a computer or a mobile phone terminal controls the elevator more quickly and more conveniently; the prior art is basically operated through a manual remote controller handle, and a mobile phone terminal, a webpage terminal and an APP are added based onthe prior art, so that a user can perform management through the mobile phone terminal, remote monitoring is realized, the possibility of accidents can be remarkably reduced, and operation safety of aparking lot is improved.
本发明公开了基于MQTT协议的3D工控停车机器人升降梯控制方法,用户通过终端向系统发出指令,位于云端的服务器向升降机调度中心发出指示。后者基于MQTT协议向驱动器发送信号指令,升降机设备执行该指令并反馈机器的状态到驱动器,驱动器随后发送反馈信息给升降机调度中心,升降机调度中心接受反馈信息后分发主体数据包到各终端。本发明提供的电脑或手机终端操控电梯更快捷,更方便,现有技术基本是通过人为遥控器手柄操作,本发明在该基础上增加了手机端、网页端以及APP,因此用户就可以通过过手机端进行管理,实现了远程监控,可显著降低事故发生的可能性,提高了停车场运行的安全性。
