The invention relates to a torque distribution control method and system for a dual-motor vehicle. The control method comprises the steps of: obtaining a required torque of a whole vehicle, and comparing the required torque of the whole vehicle with a rated torque of a main motor as well as the total rated torque of the main motor and an auxiliary motor; when the required torque of the whole vehicle is lower than the rated torque of the main motor, controlling the vehicle to adopt a main motor driving mode, and controlling the main motor to completely bear the required torque of the whole vehicle; when the required torque of the whole vehicle is greater than the rated torque of the main motor and less than the total rated torque of the main motor and the auxiliary motor, controlling the main motor to maintain the rated torque of the main motor to work and controlling the auxiliary motor to bear the residual required torque; and when required torque of the whole vehicle is greater thanthe total rated torque of the main motor and the auxiliary motor, controlling the main motor and the auxiliary motor to jointly bear the required torque. According to the method, the phenomenon that the torque of one motor is increased while the torque of the other motor is reduced is avoided in the process of increasing the required torque of the whole vehicle, so that the phenomenon that the vehicle shakes due to total torque fluctuation is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种双电机车辆的扭矩分配控制方法及系统,控制方法包括:获取整车需求扭矩,将整车需求扭矩与主电机额定扭矩、主电机和辅电机的总额定扭矩进行比较;当整车需求扭矩低于主电机额定扭矩时,控制车辆采用主电机驱动模式,控制整车需求扭矩全部由主电机承担;当整车需求扭矩大于主电机额定扭矩小于主电机和辅电机的总额定扭矩时,控制主电机维持主电机额定扭矩工作,控制辅电机承担剩余需求扭矩;当整车需求扭矩大于主电机和辅电机的总额定扭矩时,控制主、辅电机共同承担需求扭矩。该方法整车需求扭矩增大的过程中不会出现一个电机扭矩增大,另一个电机扭矩减小的现象,因此不会出现总扭矩波动而导致车辆抖动的现象。
