The invention discloses a tractor hybrid power system with an extended-range fuel cell and a control method. The tractor hybrid power system comprises an internal combustion engine assembly, a generator assembly, an extended-range fuel cell assembly, a power battery, a driving motor assembly, a power coupling device, a traveling device and an operation device assembly, wherein the internal combustion engine assembly and the extended-range fuel cell assembly serve as a hybrid power source to output power to drive the traveling device and an operation device, meanwhile electric energy is generated to charge the power battery, the extended-range fuel cell assembly comprises a fuel cell body, an air pressurization assembly and a methanol reforming assembly, and the methanol reforming assemblyand the air pressurization assembly provide hydrogen and compressed air for the fuel cell body. The control method comprises five driving modes and two power generation modes. The tractor hybrid powersystem with the extended-range fuel cell and the control method have the beneficial effects that the advantages that the fuel filling speed is high, and the endurance mileage is long are achieved; the system energy utilization rate is improved through internal combustion engine tail gas; and the power requirements of various operation working conditions of a tractor can be met through switching of all the modes.

    本发明公开了一种带增程式燃料电池的拖拉机混合动力系统及控制方法,包括内燃机总成、发电机总成、增程式燃料电池总成、动力电池、驱动电机总成、动力耦合装置、行走装置和作业装置总成;所述内燃机总成和增程式燃料电池总成作为混合动力源输出动力驱动行走装置和作业装置,同时产生电能给动力电池充电;所述增程式燃料电池总成包括燃料电池本体、空气增压组件和甲醇重整组件,所述甲醇重整组件和空气增压组件向燃料电池本体提供氢气和压缩空气;控制方法包括五种驱动模式和两种发电模式;有益效果:本发明具有燃料加注速度快,续航里程长的优势;利用内燃机尾气提升了系统能量利用率;通过各模式的切换能够适合拖拉机各种作业工况的动力需求。
