The invention discloses an internal combustion engine and fuel cell hybrid power device and a control method. The internal combustion engine and fuel cell hybrid power device comprises an internal combustion engine power assembly, a fuel cell power assembly and a power coupling device; power generated by the internal combustion engine power assembly and the fuel cell power assembly is output through the power coupling device; the fuel cell power assembly comprises a fuel cell body and an air compressor, and the air compressor is in communication with a cathode air inlet of a fuel cell body; and an internal combustion engine exhaust port of the internal combustion engine power assembly is provided with a turbine, the cathode air inlet of the fuel cell body and an air compressor pipeline areconnected in parallel and provided with a pressurization assembly, and the turbine drives the pressurization assembly to inject air into the cathode of the fuel cell body. According to the internal combustion engine and fuel cell hybrid power device and the control method, inertia potential energy of tail gas of the internal combustion engine is used for supplying gas to the fuel cell body, energy consumption of the air compressor is reduced, kinetic energy of the tail gas of the internal combustion engine is recycled, and the energy utilization rate of the whole hybrid power device is increased.
本发明公开了一种内燃机与燃料电池混合动力装置及控制方法,包括内燃机动力总成、燃料电池动力总成和动力耦合装置,所述内燃机动力总成和燃料电池动力总成产生的动力分别经动力耦合装置输出动力,所述燃料电池动力总成包括燃料电池本体和空气压缩机,所述空气压缩机与燃料电池本体的阴极进气口连通;所述内燃机动力总成的内燃机排气口设有涡轮,所述燃料电池本体的阴极进气口与空气压缩机管道并联设置有增压组件,所述涡轮驱动增压组件给燃料电池本体的阴极注入空气。本发明利用内燃机尾气惯性势能给燃料电池本体供气,减少空气压缩机的能耗,实现内燃机尾气动能的回收再利用,提高了整个混合动力装置的能源利用率。
