The invention discloses a triple rigid balanced suspension. The triple rigid balanced suspension comprises a thrust rod, an axle, a first balance beam, a second balance beam, a middle bracket, middlepin shafts, a middle balance beam and a connecting lug plate; the middle bracket is fixed on a vehicle frame through a transition bracket; the first balance beam and the second balance beam are connected with the middle bracket through the middle pin shafts; one end of the first balance beam is connected with the axle through a pin shaft, and the other end is connected with the middle balance beamthrough a pin shaft; the middle of the middle balance beam is connected with the axle through a pin shaft; the other end of the middle balance beam is connected with the connecting lug plate througha pin shaft; the other end of the connecting lug plate is connected with the second balance beam through a pin shaft; and one end of the thrust rod is connected with the axle and the other end is connected with the vehicle frame. The suspension is used in the field of suspensions of heavy off-road vehicle running systems, is simple in structure, safe and reliable, and meets the use requirements ofheavy off-road vehicles. The suspension can be applied to chassis of special vehicles such as coal mine rescue drills, coal bed gas drills, petroleum drills, and petroleum workover rigs.

    本发明公开了一种三联刚性平衡悬架,包括推力杆、车轴、第一平衡梁、第二平衡梁、中间支架、中间销轴、中间平衡梁、连接耳板;中间支架通过过渡支架固定在车架上;第一、第二平衡梁均通过中间销轴与中间支架链接;第一平衡梁一端通过销轴与车轴链接,另一端通过销轴与中间平衡梁链接;中间平衡梁中部通过销轴与车轴链接,中间平衡梁另一端通过销轴与连接耳板链接,连接耳板另一端通过销轴与第二平衡梁链接;推力杆一端与车轴连接,另一端与车架连接。使用在重型越野车辆行驶系统的悬架领域,此装置结构简单,安全可靠,满足重型越野车辆的使用需求。能够运用在煤矿救援钻机、煤层气钻机、石油钻机、石油修井机等特种车底盘中。
