The invention relates to an automobile intelligent shock-absorbing control system which comprises an information acquisition unit, a data analysis control unit and an execution unit; the data analysiscontrol unit comprises an ECU, an ADC module and a PWM module; the execution unit comprises independent suspensions, shock absorbers and single control mainboards; the information acquisition unit comprises an automobile body acceleration sensor, a wheel acceleration sensor, a steering angle sensor and a shock absorber pressure sensor; the ADC module is in communication connection with the ECU; and each shock absorber comprises a shock absorption cylinder assembly and a hydraulic proportional valve, and the corresponding single control mainboard controls the size of the area communicating with an inner cavity and an outer cavity through the hydraulic proportional valve. An automobile adopting the system can pre-judge the front road condition, each single control mainboard independently controls the corresponding shock absorber of a single wheel to operate, motors rotate to replace electromagnetic valves, high-speed response and accurate flow control are realized, when the automobile runs on an uneven road surface, the shock absorbers can independently control the hardness of the corresponding shock absorbers at a high speed through the driving motors, and the intelligent shock absorbing effect is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种汽车智能减震控制系统,包括信息采集单元、数据分析控制单元以及执行单元,数据分析控制单元包括ECU、ADC模块以及PWM模块,执行单元包括独立悬架、减震器以及单控主板,信息采集单元包括用于车身加速度传感器、车轮加速度传感器、转向角度传感器以及减震器压力传感器,ADC模块与ECU,减震器包括减震筒总成以及液压比例阀,单控主板通过液压比例阀从而控制与内、外腔室连通面积的大小,采用该系统的车辆可以对前方路况进行预判,通过单控主板单独控制单一车轮的减震器运作,通过电机转动代替电磁阀,实现高速响应,精准控制流量,使汽车在不平路面行驶时,减震器能通过驱动电机高速单独控制相应的减震器软硬,实现智能减震效果。
