The invention discloses a self-repairing tire and a tire grid structure layer fixing method, and relates to the technical field of self-repairing tires. The self-repairing tire comprises a tire body,wherein a self-repairing material layer is arranged on the inner cavity wall of the tire body, a grid structure layer is arranged on the self-repairing material layer, and the grid structure layer isused for fixing the self-repairing material layer on the inner cavity wall of the tire body. According to the self-repairing tire and the tire grid structure layer fixing method, the tire grid structure layer is arranged, so that grid blocking is formed in the circumferential direction and the meridian direction of the tire by the self-repairing material; and the contact surface between fluid anda fiber material is increased by utilizing grid characteristics, the flow resistance of the fluid is increased, on-way loss and local loss in the flowing process of the fluid are increased, so that the accumulation phenomenon of the self-repairing material is avoided, the high-speed performance and the dynamic balance uniformity performance of the tire are improved, the rolling resistance of the tire is reduced, and the oil consumption of a vehicle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种自修复轮胎和轮胎网格结构层固定方法,涉及自修复轮胎技术领域。所述自修复轮胎,包括轮胎本体,所述轮胎本体内腔壁设有自修复材料层,所述自修复材料层上设有网格结构层,所述网格结构层用于将自修复材料层固定在轮胎本体内腔壁。本发明,通过设置轮胎网格结构层,让自修复材料在轮胎周向及子午方向,形成网格阻断,利用网格特征增加流体与纤维材料的接触面,增加流体的流动阻力,增加流体流动过程中沿程损失和局部损失,从而避免自修复材料发生堆积现象,提升了轮胎的高速性能和轮胎动平衡均匀性能,降低了轮胎滚动阻力,降低车辆油耗。
