The invention discloses a hydraulic device and a ship propeller with the same. The hydraulic device is used for the ship propeller, the ship propeller comprises a ship propeller body and a driving motor, the ship propeller body comprises a rotating shaft and a bearing sleeving the periphery of the rotating shaft, the driving motor is connected with the rotating shaft, and the hydraulic device comprises a first pump, a pressure switch and a controller; a first pump outlet of the first pump communicates with a sliding gap between the rotating shaft and a bearing bush of the bearing, and the first pump is used for conveying oil to the sliding gap; a switch inlet of the pressure switch communicates with the sliding gap so as to detect the oil pressure of the sliding gap; and the controller iselectrically connected with the pressure switch and the first pump and controls the first pump to work according to the oil pressure so as to form an oil film in the sliding gap. Therefore, the hydraulic device conveys the oil to the sliding gap between the rotating shaft and the bearing bush of the bearing through the first pump, the oil film is formed in the sliding gap, and friction between therotating shaft and the bearing bush of the bearing can be reduced when the rotating shaft rotates at a low speed.

    本发明公开了一种液压装置及具有其的船舶推进器。液压装置用于船舶推进器,船舶推进器包括船舶推进器本体和驱动电机,船舶推进器本体包括转轴和套设在转轴外周的轴承,驱动电机和转轴连接,液压装置包括第一泵、压力开关与控制器;第一泵的第一泵出口连通转轴和轴承的轴瓦之间的滑动间隙,第一泵用于向滑动间隙输送油液;压力开关的开关入口和滑动间隙连通,以检测滑动间隙的油液压力;控制器分别电连接压力开关和第一泵,控制器根据油液压力控制第一泵的工作,以在滑动间隙内形成油膜。由此,液压装置通过第一泵向转轴和轴承的轴瓦之间的滑动间隙输送油液,在滑动间隙内形成油膜,使转轴在低速转动时能够减小转轴和轴承的轴瓦之间的摩擦。
