The invention relates to a method for determining on-orbit residual fuel, and particularly belongs to real-time estimation and compensation of on-orbit high-precision residual fuel. The method comprises the following steps that the total fuel consumption of aircraft is calculated according to flow parameters of thrusters and the air injection pulse width amount; the fuel consumption is calculatedaccording to the measured acceleration in the orbit control period; in the orbit control period, primary fuel consumption updating is conducted according to a thruster switching mark; and the amount of residual fuel. According to the method, the fuel consumption is calculated based on the pulse width amount of each thruster and the acceleration measurement value in the orbit control period, compensation and correction are conducted on the fuel consumption according to whether thruster fault switching occurs or not in the orbit control period, and high-precision real-time fuel residual amount estimation is achieved. The fuel consumption estimation and compensation method is simple in calculation and easy for engineering application.

    本发明涉及一种在轨剩余燃料的确定方法,尤其属于在轨高精度剩余燃料的实时估计与补偿。包括如下步骤:根据推力器的流量参数及喷气脉宽量计算飞行器总燃耗量;轨控期间同时由测量加速度计算燃耗量;轨控期间根据推力器切换标志进行一次燃耗量更新;计算剩余燃料量。该方法基于各推力器脉宽量及轨控期间的加速度测量值计算燃耗量,并在轨控期间根据是否发生推力器故障切换对燃耗量进行补偿修正,实现高精度的实时燃料剩余量估计。该燃耗量估计及补偿方法计算简单,易于工程应用。
