A novel lightweight aluminum alloy subway end wall structure comprises an upper wall plate and two lower wall plates. Connectors of the upper wall plate and the two lower wall plates are fixedly connected in a welded manner. The novel lightweight aluminum alloy subway end wall structure is characterized in that the upper wall plate is made of a large-section lightweight aluminum alloy section, theinstallation positions of the upper wall plate, a top sealing frame of a through channel , an interior trim top plate of the through channel and an end wall interior decoration top plate are each ofa square cavity structure with one thick side and three thin sides; and protruding cross sections, shaped like the Chinese character 'ri', of the upper wall plate and the lower wall plates are each ofan end wall and end door frame structure, and the installation positions of the lower wall plate and sealing frames at the two sides of a through channel are each of a square cavity structure with one thick side and three thin sides. According to the novel lightweight aluminum alloy subway end wall structure, corresponding unified standards of core structure parameters such as aluminum material model selection and boundary dimension characteristics are provided for a new vehicle model, so that the vehicle body design efficiency is improved; and the design risk is reduced, so that a referencebasis is provided for realizing platformization, standardization and modularization of the aluminum alloy vehicle body end wall structure.

    一种新型轻量化铝合金地铁端墙结构,包括上墙板和两个下墙板,上墙板与两个下墙板的接口采用焊接固连,其特征在于:上墙板为大断面轻量化铝合金型材,上墙板与贯通道顶部密封框和贯通道内饰顶板以及端墙内装顶板的安装处均为一边厚壁三边薄壁的方形型腔结构,上下墙板突出的“日"字型断面为端墙端门框结构,下墙板与贯通道两侧密封框安装处为一边厚壁三边薄壁的方形型腔结构,本发明新车型的提供相应的铝材选型和外形尺寸特征等核心结构参数的统一标准,从而提高车体设计的效率,降低设计风险,进而为其实现铝合金车体端墙结构的平台化、标准化、模块化提供参考依据。
