The invention provides an assembled flaw detection vehicle. The assembled flaw detection vehicle comprises a front frame and a rear frame which are in lap joint with each other; a lap joint shaft is arranged on the end face, facing the rear frame, of the front frame, lap joint grooves are formed in other positions, and the end face, facing the front frame, of the rear frame and the end face of thefront frame are provided with lap joint shafts and lap joint grooves in a staggered mode; the lap joint grooves are clamped on the corresponding lap joint shafts; and wheels are arranged at the bottom of the front frame and the bottom of the rear frame respectively. The invention further provides the flaw detection vehicle comprising a bottom plate. The assembled flaw detection vehicle has the advantages that the bottom plate is formed by overlapping and splicing the front frame and the rear frame, the front end and the rear end of the bottom plate are supported by the wheels, and the splicing positions are overlapped on the overlapping shafts and locked with each other, so that the middle position of the bottom plate is prevented from sinking, the flatness of the bottom plate is guaranteed, the riding comfort is higher, and the bottom plate is not prone to damage; and the stability is higher, rapid dismounting and mounting can be achieved through lap joint fit, the dismounting, mounting and carrying time is greatly shortened, and the safety is improved.

    本发明提供了一种拼装式探伤车,包括相互搭接的前车架和后车架,前车架朝向后车架的端面部分位置设置搭接轴,其他位置设置搭接槽,后车架朝向前车架的端面与前车架的端面相互交错的设置搭接轴和搭接槽,所述搭接槽卡合在搭接轴上,前车架和后车架的底部分别设置有车轮。本发明还提供了包括该底板的探伤车。本发明的优点在于:底板通过前车架与后车架搭接拼合,前后两端被车轮支撑,拼接位置搭接在搭接轴上,相互锁死,防止底板中间位置下沉,保证底板的平整度,乘坐舒适度更高,不易损坏;稳定性更好,搭接配合能够实现快速拆装,极大的降低拆装和搬运时间,提高安全性。
