The invention relates to the technical field of automobile risk avoiding, in particular to an abnormal parking anti-collision method and system and an automobile. The method comprises the steps that whether an automobile is in an abnormal parking state or not is monitored according to automobile driving information; when the automobile enters the abnormal parking state, an abnormal parking confirmation signal is sent to the display terminal, and a feedback signal of abnormal parking confirmation is monitored; whether to enter an abnormal parking state is determined according to the feedback signal; and in the abnormal parking state, a corresponding emergency scheme is started according to the automobile state and the driving environment, and parking take-over and/or abnormal parking information output of the automobile are/is completed. By monitoring the abnormal parking of the automobile in real time, taking over the automobile after the automobile enters the abnormal parking, emergency hedging measures such as automatic side parking and information broadcasting are carried out, the personal safety of a driver is guaranteed under the condition that the automobile is abnormally parked, and the risk that a rear coming automobile collides with the abnormally parked automobile is greatly reduced. The safety performance of the automobile is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及汽车避险技术领域,尤其涉及一种异常停车防碰撞方法、系统及汽车。所述方法包括:根据汽车行驶信息,监测汽车是否处于异常停车状态;当汽车进入异常停车状态,向显示终端发送异常停车确认信号,监听异常停车确认的反馈信号;根据反馈信号确认是否进入异常停车状态;异常停车状态中,根据汽车状态和行驶环境,启动相对应的紧急方案,完成汽车的泊车接管和/或异常停车信息输出。本发明通过对汽车的异常停车进行实时监控,并在汽车进入异常停车后接管汽车,进行自动靠边泊车和进行信息广播等紧急避险措施,在车辆异常停车的情况保障驾驶员的人身安全,大大降低后方来车与异常停车车辆发生碰撞的风险,有效提高汽车的安全性能。
