The method comprises the following steps of acquiring a first driving parameter and a second driving parameter; determining an adjustment coefficient of an SOC according to the first drivingparameter; taking the second driving parameter as the input of a strategy determination network model, and determining an equivalent factor through the strategy determination network model; taking thewhole vehicle demand power, the adjustment coefficient and the equivalent factor as the input of an energy management model, and determining the first demand power of a fuel cell and the second demand power of a storage battery through the energy management model; and adjusting the output power of the fuel cell to the first required power, adjusting the output power of the storage battery to thesecond required power, and adopting the fuel cell and the storage battery to provide power for the hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle. According to the embodiment of the invention, the output power is distributed according to the instantaneous equivalent factor, and the lowest fuel consumption can be ensured.
