The invention discloses an assembled pedestrian protection anti-collision bumper which comprises a rubber bumper body. An installation assembly is arranged on the lower portion of the inner side of the inner wall of the rubber bumper body; the installation assembly comprises screws, a support and gaskets; and the support is divided into three areas, namely an installation area, a protection area and an anti-collision area. In a minor collision accident, through the arrangement of the anti-collision area and the cooperation of the bumper body made of a rubber material, the effects of collisionweakening, soft contact and pedestrian protection can be achieved, and after extrusion force disappears, swing rods are controlled by torsion springs to swing back to complete self-recovery of the bumper body. Under larger-force collision, due to the fact that a mutually-crossed fixing structure composed of first supporting plates and second supporting plates achieves the anti-pressure capacity ofthe upper portion of the support, and meanwhile circular rings and third supporting plates can enhance the secondary anti-pressure capacity of the first supporting plates and the second supporting plates, the anti-deformation capacity of the rubber bumper body is enhanced to protect a vehicle.
