The invention discloses a battery charging control method for a pure electric vehicle, and the method specifically comprises the following steps that S1, a battery management system BMS controls a main negative relay to be closed based on a charging flag bit, and an HVCM controls a vehicle-mounted charger OBC to enter a current mode, i.e., controls the vehicle-mounted charger OBC to carry out thecharging at a constant current; and S2, the battery management system BMS controls the main negative relay to be disconnected based on the charging forbidding flag bit, and the HVCM controls the OBC to enter a voltage mode, that is to say, the output voltage of the OBC is the same as the output voltage of the power battery. When the main negative relay is disconnected, the OBC works in a voltage mode, the voltage of the OBC is kept consistent with the voltage of the power battery pack, and the situation that when charging is started, voltage difference exists between the power battery and theOBC, so that the main negative relay is closed to generate electric arcs, and safety is affected is avoided; When the main negative relay is closed, the OBC works in a constant-current mode, and the maximum charging efficiency and safety are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动汽车的电池充电控制方法,所述方法具体包括如下步骤:S1、电池管理系统BMS基于充电标志位控制主负继电器闭合,HVCM控制车载充电机OBC进入电流模式,即控制车载充电机OBC以恒定的电流进行充电;S2、电池管理系统BMS基于禁止充电标志位控制主负继电器断开,HVCM控制车载充电机OBC进入电压模式,即车载充电机OBC的输出电压与动力电池的输出电压相同。在主负继电断开时,OBC工作为电压模式,OBC电压与动力电池包电压保持一致,避免在启动充电时动力电池与OBC之间存在压差,导致主负继电器闭合产生电弧,影响安全;主负继电器闭合时,OBC工作为恒流模式,保证最大充电效率及安全。
