The invention discloses a wear-resistant and heat-dissipating brake disc for an elevator and a brake device. The brake disc comprises a support assembly, a friction assembly and a heat dissipation assembly. The disc body of the support assembly is fixedly connected with a disc cover, a heat conduction disc of the friction assembly is rotationally connected with the disc body, protruding columns onthe heat conduction disc are located in first grooves of the disc body, and a friction ring is installed outside the heat conduction disc. A connecting cover of the heat dissipation assembly communicates with the multiple first grooves and communicates with a water tank through a liquid inlet valve and a liquid outlet valve. The friction ring is stressed with braking force and drives the heat conduction disc to rotate relative to the disc body, cooling liquid in the first grooves is compressed by the protruding columns and enters the water tank through the connecting cover and the liquid outlet valve. When the heat conduction disc is static and loses external force, the pressure of the cooling liquid in the water tank pushes the liquid inlet valve open, the cooling liquid enters the firstgrooves again, and therefore heat exchange can be completed. It is avoided that the friction ring damaged because of high temperature, and additionally, because the friction ring is made of a wear-resistant material, the friction ring is not prone to being worn, and the service life of a brake can be prolonged.
本发明公开了一种电梯用耐磨散热的制动器刹车盘及制动装置,包括支撑组件、摩擦组件和散热组件,支撑组件的盘体和盘盖固定连接,摩擦组件的导热盘和盘体转动连接,导热盘上的突柱位于盘体的第一凹槽中,摩擦环安装在导热盘外,散热组件的连接盖和多个第一凹槽连通,并通过进液阀和出液阀与水箱连通。摩擦环受制动力,带动导热盘相对盘体转动,突柱压缩第一凹槽中的冷却液,通过连接盖和出液阀进入水箱,当导热盘静止而失去外力时,水箱中冷却液的压力会推开进液阀,使冷却液重新进入第一凹槽中,从而可以完成热量交换,避免摩擦环温度高而损坏,另外摩擦环采用耐磨材料组成,不易磨损,可以延长刹车的寿命。
